Our Ethos at Orwell Solutions is that computers should be made to work for you, without the need for you to understand them!

There is no need in our opinion, to isolate and bamboozle the non-technical customer with acronyms, buzzwords and abbreviations, a practice all too common in this day and age.

We pride ourselves on being able to understand your needs, and meet them with a minimum of confusion and perplexing explanation.  We will happily converse in layman’s terms in order to ensure the necessary level of understanding for our customers without using mystifying jargon to justify or exaggerate our prices, or our ego’s!

We’ve probably all ended up paying for something in our lifetimes that we didn’t need, because we didn’t understand.  In fact a lot of us are probably still oblivious to it! 

Over-selling, or over-specifying is a widespread trait in the IT industry, largely stemming from the lack of knowledge of potential customers.  Too many of us readily accept that we ‘need’ something, when all too often it’s simply not the case.

We aim to be as honest and upfront as possible with our customers, we’re here to earn money sure, but we’re not here to do it by deceiving the unknowing.
